This is essentially the HBO series Deadwood, but in modern times, and set in an Indian reservation rather than an old west mining town. It follows Dashiell Bad Horse, a badass dude who’s working for an Indian crime lord. And also the FBI.
It’s really tense, compelling stuff, and though not a whole lot happens in the first volume, I’m looking forward to reading the rest.
