Unlike the other two volumes in this series volume three really starts and brings the science fiction aspect to a new level. Robo must now deal with part of his father’s past and the way in which Clevinger and team present it really brings you back to the timeline it portrays in sociological terms.

One of the best parts of this series and thankfully continuing with this new arc is the pseudo sense of history and the merging of truth and absolute consipracy theory to its fullest. This brings together a sense of humor that most people seem to fear to create out of a sense of criticism that they do not wish to hear. However, Red 5 Comics hits the mark perfectly. Heck, if you’re going to have a main character like Robo why not go with a full science fiction aspect surrounding him? Not doing so would ruin the premise and the mystic.

I personally find this issue one that the audience has been waiting for. But as per usual i’m sure as heck not the voice of the masses. Non-the-less Robo fans should love this but people new to Robo may want to read the first volume to get to know the character first.
