Customer Reviews
It’s an ok story, but having been around awhile, I’ve seen it all before. Don’t get me wrong, Andy Kubert’s art is gorgeous, but Gaiman is just sleepwalking through another alternate world Batman story. This should have been released as a special, and not as the final issue (for 3mos anyway) of Batman and Detective. I’m dissapointed in everything I’ve seen since the final issue of R.I.P. The only exception was the 2-part tie-in with Final Crisis. I hope DC doesn’t keep screwing up the Batman mythos. Knightfall is one of the main reasons I dropped comics back in the mid-90’s.
